I can honestly say that this has been a wonderful property to own. I purchased the apartment as it was so well laid out compared to other properties available at the time in that price range and well located for the great amenities and great transport links.

I bought the apartment as an investment and let the property out, so if you are looking for an investment it could be a very easy option for anyone looking for a buy-to-let, as well as being great for any first time buyer or someone with a family being next to Barrow Hedges Primary School.
It will be sad to see it sell but I know that I am handing over a very good property for the new owners.
