When I bought this flat I was attracted to the little extras it had that other flats didn't have. For example, the parking and outside space. There is also a large kitchen which is such a lovely room.Being able to park my car securely off road and right on the sea front is fabulous, especially in the summer when Broadstairs gets so busy.
