What the Owner says:
When we first walked into the living areas here, we knew this was going to be 'The One.' The views just draw you towards the doors outside and being able to watch The Solent throughout the seasons is a privilege in itself.
It’s lovely to remember all the parties we have had whilst watching the 'Round the Island Yacht Race', as we have the best seats in the house!
With a private patio to sit out in the summer sun and communal gardens to enjoy, we are also in a lovely quiet location. The neighbouring buildings are not close enough to overlook us and having the bonus of a private undercover parking area, our next home has a big pair of shoes to fill.
