We spent quite some time looking at plenty of suitable properties where we could set up a nursing home. Our search took us all over Kent and even further afield but it was this property in Capel-le-Ferne which we both agreed was perfect for what we wanted to do.

The stunning surrounding countryside and nearby cliff tops with breathtaking views over the English Channel in a quiet village location won us over and we have spent the last nine years running our business. We have now decided to retire so have closed the nursing home which is why we are selling the property.
