We bought this house 13 years ago and over the years we have added the conservatory as well as dividing the former garage to make a sound proof music room as my husband likes to play his guitar.

The lounge is a good size and being next to the kitchen it's very handy. One Christmas we had a big group of us eating in the lounge and it comfortably fit everyone in.

After a difficult year we have decided that we will move into rented so we can enjoy ourselves and go on more holidays. But we hop whoever buys it will enjoy its location and size as much as we have.
