This has been a great house for me and my son over the last decade or so. We have loved living here - it is a great location and we have always been really comfortable here. The proximity to Tunbridge Wells is fantastic but we love the way it still feels separate and village-like with all the convenience of the town centre so close. Of course if we don’t want to go into the town the high street in Rusthall has everything you need and it is just at the end of the road.
