I bought this house as it stood out amongst others in the area, with an upstairs and large bathroom, lovely kitchen and very sunny garden. Central Park Estate is quiet and family orientated and the location is ideal for me to easily commute to work. Everything is nearby, from large supermarkets and DIY stores to parks, libraries and leisure centres. I love that Stratford is so near with all its new facilities.

In my time here, I have refurbished the whole house and extended the kitchen. This is my first home and it leaves me with some great and everlasting memories. I am certain that the new owner will have the same love for this wonderful home as I have had.
