Well maintained, with lots of natural light, this property would be ideal for first time or investment buyers. This 2 bedroom home is well laid out and features double glazed, replacement sash windows in timber frames to ensure the property remains in keeping with the locality which is a delightful Conservation Area. It also boasts a generous-sized bathroom, with under floor heating, as well as a separate shower and bath. There is plenty of potential with the cellar which is currently used as an office/utility area, this has many uses, offering great potential. The property also offers potential to extend into the large loft to create a third bedroom if desired.
There is an enclosed garden to the rear, with decking, a small outhouse and a pond, where you can sit out and enjoy a quiet drink or some "al fresco" dining in the summer months.

An early inspection is highly recommended.
What the Owner says:
Looking back, I can remember when I first saw the house that it felt like home. I loved the fact that it was on a small street so close to town which had a real community feel.
It is extremely handy having Morrison's supermarket just around the corner on those occasions when I have forgotten to get that all important ingredient when family and friends come round for dinner.
