Full Details for 2 Bedroom Terraced for sale in Brighton, BN2 :
The owner would not mind us saying that there is some work to do here but with a little thought you could create a home fit for a king. The building blocks are all here – you just have to add to them. All families need convenience and a home that will help with the fast pace of life and the downstairs cloakroom and utility room will certainly make life so much easier. The lounge is a great space and the ideal place for the family to gather and discuss the day’s activities. The hard wearing laminate floor will take care of all the usual family thrills and spills while the dining room is on hand for something a little more formal or maybe could be used as a third bedroom if preferred. Upstairs are the traditional two bedrooms and bathroom as you would expect. Both bedrooms are doubles so there’s plenty of room for storage and the family bathroom is on hand to help you unwind in the evening or to invigorate yourself for the day ahead. If outside space is important to you then the sunny rear garden is perfect for a barbecue or just to relax in with a glass of your favourite tipple. So get your paint brush and create your perfect family home!
The house has been in our family for 90 years, in fact since the day it was built. From a green field site in 1926, the house was built by George Ayling and transferred into the name of my great grandfather on the 4th May of the same year. Since then four generations of our family have lived here. We’ve always found it to be a calm and peaceful house but we know that is does need some updating so we hope the next owner can put their own stamp on it. The location is great with such a good proximity to shops and with great bus routes. It’s quiet in the evenings and we can park right outside the house.
