This is a perfect first time buyers home. All the rooms are of a great size, as both bedrooms are doubles and, having the bathroom upstairs, is a real bonus. In comparison to some others that we had viewed when we were purchasing, we much preferred the layout here, as the porch leads to a hallway as opposed to walking straight into the lounge.
We bought this house nearly 10 years ago, and we done a lot of work, including the instalment of gas central heating to the property, so hopefully making it easier for the new owner to move straight in without having to take on any major works. We hope the new owners will enjoy this home as much as we have over the years.
