When we were looking to buy 5 years ago we were moving in from out the area. We looked at so many houses but they left us cold as they was so small.
We had almost given up when we viewed this one and knew straight away that our search was over. As soon as we saw the huge lounge/diner we fell in love with it and the extended kitchen was the icing on the cake.
We also the loved the condition as it had been recently refurbished, so we could just move in. Within 8 months we had to move out to care for a sick relative, so have had it let ever since. Over the years it has proved to be a great investment but now it is time for us to sell as we want to buy again and know it will be a great home for someone else.
