It was the area that first attracted us to this house as we were both local so knew what a nice cul-de-sac it was. We also liked the fact that it had a hallway and a nice garden.
We had three cars so the allocated parking spaces was important to us and there is even lots of communal parking spaces as well which is perfect for when we have visitors.
We fitted a new kitchen shortly after we moved in and have, recently, installed a new bathroom, completely redecorated the house and laid solid wood flooring in the hallway and lounge/diner.
We have been really happy living here, it is nice and quiet and we have great neighbours.
