I lived in the house for 7 years. One of the contributing reasons for buying it was the proximity to town but also as i worked at st richards being able to walk or cycle to work. When i met my boyfriend he lived in devon so i moved down here to be with him but rented it out. In 6 years i have had two long term tenants and no problems gaps where it has been vacant until putting it up for sale.If i was keeping the property i would look to try to move the bathroom upstairs either utilising a loft conversion or seeing if i could get permission for a second story on the existing kitchen/bathroom.
