We moved here 5 years ago as we fell in love with the location. The area is so peaceful and when we stepped outside into the garden we knew instantly that this was the house for us. Having viewed others on the development, we were so impressed by the garden as not only did it get plenty of sun but we loved the fact that it backed onto the pretty stream as it gave us a much more rural feel despite being well located for everything Dorking has to offer.
