We bought this house around 7 years ago mainly due to the quiet cul-de-sac location and also that we wanted to live in a lovely village. There is a real sense of community here both in the close where we have an annual tradition of turning on the Christmas lights with mulled wine and mince pies and in the village where there are plenty of clubs and organisation that you can join and be part of. We love the outdoors and there is perfect countryside for both walking and cycling right on the doorstep. We have done quite a bit of work on the house including a new kitchen, boiler, fuse board and flooring. We have decorated throughout and also put in a power shower over the bath. We are looking to move closer to our family in Cambridgeshire.
