I moved here 15 years ago as I wanted to be able to walk to the town and seafront whilst being in a nice quiet area. What also appealed to me was the fact that being a modern house it required little major maintenance work.

Whilst I have been here I have recently redecorated some of the house, and in 2016 I have had new windows put in both the bedrooms, along with a new front door. I also had a new combi boiler installed in 2016 by British Gas meaning the next owner will have peace of mind for the next few years. I hope the next owners enjoy their time here as much as I have done.
