We moved here 4 years ago and it was the location that we fell in love with. We loved the fact that it was completely off the beaten track and even though it needed so much work back then, we could see how we could soon make it our own. The dog loves it here and we often walk to Coldharbour which is about an hour away without even having him on a lead!
Since living here we have completely transformed it, keeping the character as we did. We installed the log burner, had a new kitchen and bathroom fitted and had the windows replaced. We genuinely love it here and weren't actually actively looking to move. Then a house came to the market that we have always loved which prompted us to take the plunge.
