When I first saw this cottage 10 years ago I instantly fell in love with it. Not only was it larger than some of the other cottages I viewed, I really liked the character and the traditional rayburn heating. Should you want a more modern method of heating, you could choose to install either oil or electric heating. The location is great if you need to get to London as the train station is only a few minutes walk down the lane. Junction 11 of the M20 is less than 5 minutes away so it is also really good for motorway access as well as the shuttle service to France.
