It's nearly 20 years since I walked through the door and fell for this house. The pink decor didn't grab me, but the latch doors, high ceilings upstairs and the stable door certainly did! Those features remain (apart from the pink decor) and over the years I have replaced the bathroom, kitchen and all the windows; added a loft room and wood burner and recently had a brand new boiler! The courtyard garden is a wonderful quiet sun trap, and the large communal garden is an added bonus with my separate patio for summer entertaining. I brought my two daughters up here as schools, shops and transport are so conveniently nearby. It has been an extremely economical home to run and a very friendly area. I am selling with no onward chain as I'm in a position to move quickly.
