I loved the character and the position was just out of this world. There is a real community spirit here and everyone looks out for one another without being too invasive at the same time. Since living here, I've done a great deal of work to the cottage including replacing the boiler, adding the log burner and some of the double glazing. I am even going ahead with plans to double glaze additional windows in the next few weeks too. I also re-laid the patio in the garden which is the ideal haven for barbecues. This house definitely offers the best of both worlds and I'll miss it dearly when I move.
