We have spent a lot of time and effort living in this home and after many happy years here we have decided to move deeper into Essex where we will be closer to friends and family.

The property holds many happy memories for our family and the road has also been a joy to live on we will miss the neighbours who over the years have become our friends, and you can definitely feel a great sense of community within the area.

We have been very lucky with Chingford Mount being only a stone’s throw away because having access to the shops has been very handy. We will be very sad to see the property go but wish the new owners all the best in their new home.
