We moved here 3 years ago as we fell in love with the space and character. Coming from a flat, we loved the fact that it had two receptions and two bedrooms for when our friends wanted to stay. The location was also an attraction as everything was on the doorstep from here. It needed a fair bit of work back then but we could see past that and could see how we could make it our own. We have redecorated and had the windows replaced. We also refurbished the original floorboards and had new carpets put down and the log burner in the dining room installed. We had no intention of moving this soon and still had big plans for this house but out of nowhere our dream house came up for sale so we are taking the plunge sooner than expected!!
