Having been bought up just down the road, I knew the area very well and had no hesitation buying this when it came up for sale. Although it is not the biggest house, I love the fact that the bedrooms were both doubles of the same size and that they were no box rooms.

I have always found the area a good place to live and being so close to everything it couldn't be more convenient. As the house was in such good condition when I bought it I have had to do very little other than decorate and lay floor coverings.

Having already moved out to get closer to work it is time to sell and I hope that another first time buyer will make it their home as I did.
