We can honestly say from experience that this home and the area is a great place to raise a family.

It was always such a pleasure to wake up and open your curtains to views of the park and field as opposed to seeing more houses staring back at you. As younger children we certainly made the most of the open spaces available to us and being able to walk to good schools as well as the college makes life simpler.

Over the years we have considered having off street parking to the front, but this is something that we have never found necessary but would be something the new owners may like to do.
