We have done our best to maintain the property and we renewed the boiler recently, as well as decorating but we have now decided that it is time for us to up size.

We love the area as its just a 3 minute walk to the local country park, which is great if you enjoy jogging or dog walking and there is even a Tesco Express just up the road which is really convenient as well. We have always used Brentwood station as we can walk there in well under 10 minutes, so it's great if you work in the City.
