I moved here 8 years ago and for me it was all about the location! I loved the fact it was convenient for everything. I also loved the size of the garden and can remember viewing so many houses with postage stamp gardens so when I saw the size of not only the front but also the back garden, I knew my dog would be very happy here! Since living here, I have replaced the bathroom and kitchen and also had the downstairs toilet added which is so convenient. I am now relocating out of the area and I am in a position to be able to offer the house with the benefit of no onward chain - so no waiting around for me to find somewhere!
