I bought this house four years ago when I downsized from a larger house on the same estate. I wanted to stay in the area as it is such a great location and the fact that I have lived here for more than twenty five years says it all!
This house suited me perfectly as I was looking for something that was low maintenance and the paved garden is certainly that! I had a new kitchen fitted in 2011, new windows at the front in 2012, a new conservatory roof in 2014 and I have also re-decorated and had new laminate flooring fitted.
