Their tomato and pepper plants grow exceptionally well in the garden and they own a plot on the local allotment so if your 'green fingered' yourself then this will most likely become available if they decide to move a little further afield!

A better location will be hard to find, an easy walk from this peaceful little Close will take you to the doctors surgery, the handy Tesco superstore which has all you need 24/7. In your spare time keep in trim at the Larkfield Leisure Centre or if you are bit more adventurous join in with some water sports on the Leybourne Lakes the choice is yours.

We have spent 5 very happy years here but for us and our growing boys its time to take that next step up on the property ladder.

The rooms are big enough to have friends round and we have even had 8 adults comfortably sit around the kitchen table for Christmas dinner! The house is lovely and cosy in the winter being the mid-terrace and as we have insulated both external doors our heating bills have lowered dramatically, in fact we hardly need the heating on at all!

We will be very sad to leave our lovely cosy home and our wonderful neighbours but we hope the next owners have as much enjoyment from it as we have.
