Previously living in St Margaret’s the main reason for the move was due to the daily commute to work taking too long. Chartham has great transport links and made our lives a lot easier. We moved here back in 2006 and compared to others we saw it offered a really peaceful location as well as allocated parking. Since being here there have been several decorational changes as well as a new kitchen, bathroom and boiler.

We hope there is nothing for a new buyer to do. We love the area so much we are looking for the next step up the ladder but wish to stay on the St Augustine’s estate.
