When we viewed our home we could see the potential and we weren’t afraid to take on a project. We have replaced and updated everything but have been careful to keep the original character where possible.
We brought up our two lovely children here but now they have left home we’re hoping to move somewhere else but we will always remember the days spent cycling to the South Downs or to Stanmer Park - there’s a really nice pub there!.
The open fireplace is lovely and creates such a relaxing atmosphere. When the children were young the layout of the downstairs meant we could always keep a watchful eye on them from the kitchen area if necessary. It really has been such a lovely family home.
