We fell in love with the look of our home as soon as we saw it, and on looking around, we could see the potential it had. Also, the area with a lovely 'green chain walk' and Plumstead Common, a local pub and the fact that it is within a conservation area, we knew we had everything we needed. The front of the property is listed and cannot be altered, however, there is scope to extend if that extra space is needed.

We have loved our 8 years here which have flown by, we wish the next owners as much enjoyment as we have had.
