I have lived here as the one and only owner since 1953!
The outlook just feels like I have been in the countryside but it's even better because it's so conveniently placed. The shops are within minutes' walk and transport links from Southwick are excellent. The buses and trains are so regular there is barely a 5-10 minute wait for either.
I'm really going to miss living here as I brought up my family in the house but have decided to move into retirement accommodation that will cater for all my needs.
I do hope the new owner loves living here as much as I have.
