I have had installed a new bathroom , this includes a pump for the bath and shower giving it a bit more 'oomph'! The garden has also had a new fence and rear gate, new shed and re-turfed the lawn. Some of the shrubs have been left but I feel a fairly blank canvas is available for the new owners to make it their own.I am very sad to be moving away, for the time being at least, but plans are afoot to move back to the area as soon as possible.
