Make your perfect home at this beautiful Victorian property. It has been very well looked after and is a lovely, contemporary decorated home. With the separate lounge area is lovely and cosy and the dining area is perfect to have friends over. Get them seated with wine in hand even if you’re not quite finished in the kitchen as it opens into the room, making sure you won’t miss out on the latest gossip.Once the weather is back with us this Spring you’re bound to let the party spill out into the beautiful garden – ideal once the daffodil’s start to bloom and the whole space bursts with colours! This should be just the right time to get your vegetable patch up and running to really impress your visitors.Upstairs they’ll be plenty of room for children or your guests alike, as both bedrooms are great sized doubles – so pick your favourite for yourself and still not let your visitors down! When it comes to time to get off to work, you’re in the perfect location for the railway station so why not enjoy an extra 10 minutes in bed before taking the 1/3 mile dash to catch the train. Equally, this also means you’re a similar distance to the town centre so pop down for a coffee or to visit the market whenever you like.
This was our first home and we really could not have asked for more. One of things that we particularly liked about this house is the size on the kitchen – it is square rather than the galley kitchen you normally find. The utility room is a lovely feature too. The previous owners had the washing machine and dryer there but we prefer to use it for a larger fridge/freezer and some extra storage, it works great both ways. The location is amazing for the short walk in to town and Faversham is a lovely place to enjoy of a weekend, especially when the sun is shining with the market and the fantastic choice of pubs.
