I’ve always thought that this is a real ‘Brighton home’. It’s situated in such a peaceful location – it’s one of only a few locations where it is literally impossible to see any passing traffic. Backing onto the reservoir it is both scenic and peaceful so this really is the place to get away from it all.

I have just had the front and back walls painted and the wood work varnished last year.

There was a lot of wasted space in the cloakroom so I had it transformed into a shower room making morning routines a lot less stressful. It’s been a great home but the time has now come for me to move on all be it tinged with a little sadness.
