I have lived in this house for many years and have loved it but I wish to relocate to be nearer to my family. One favourite room is the kitchen, as it is perfect for socialising with my friends whilst preparing a meal for them. On warm, sunny days we can have our pre-dinner drinks out in the garden. I often eat my breakfast out there in the summer as it is a real sun trap. The top room has a real sense of tranquillity about it and the view is amazing. Watching the activities of the yachts and cruise liners has kept me endlessly entertained. I hope that the new owners will love this house as much as I do and that they will be happy here.
