We have owned this property for 8 years and been extremely happy here bringing up our young child. We were attracted to the property as it is in a quiet location and in close proximity to the town and station. There are also good local schools nearby.

We have made some improvements over the years, a new bathroom and new gas boiler. As we have decided to move and want the new owners to have nothing to do we are re-decorating the house.

We are looking to sell so we can up-size and our little boy can have a bigger garden to play in. We can also move as quickly as needed as we have already found.
