When we chose this house we had looked at quite a few others but this one gave us the instant feeling of what a great first time home it could be.

It's a good sized house with square rooms which is really helped by the kitchen extension. There wasn't any work needed but we have redecorated and had laminate flooring laid in the lounge and dining room and new carpets laid upstairs.

This is a lovely, quiet road with wonderful neighbours and we hope that the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
