What first attracted me to this house was the area. It was so quiet and, since moving in, I have really come to realise what a lovely community it is as all of the neighbours are very friendly but not intrusive.
I thought the house was of a decent size with low maintenance and, since moving in, I have fitted a new bathroom and landscaped the garden which is a good size and gets the sun for most of the day. As well as being very private it now boasts a decking area which is ideal for al-fresco entertaining and the colourful plants give a stunning backdrop in the summer months.
This is a lovely area and I will be sorry to leave but have decided to move nearer to where I work to cut down on commuting time and costs.
