We have really enjoyed living in our property over the last few years. The area is great as the neighbours are friendly and the road is very quiet, due to it being a no through road. We never have a problem parking here as there always seems to be plenty of space for everyone.

The house is double glazed and has a serviced heating system. It is also completely redecorated, including replastered with a modern kitchen and bathroom.

We are staying in the local area, as we have made a lot of good friends here, but now need a larger property.
