If you are in search of your first home, then this maybe the one for you. From the front you may not get a sense of the space that it offers. As soon as you walk in you will be impressed with the huge lounge/diner, which provides excellent space for entertaining, with plenty of room for both dedicated living and dining area. The kitchen is also a surprise as rather than your pokey galley kitchen, you will love the 17ft kitchen, providing a lovely space for you to test your culinary skills.
The upstairs lay out is also ideal as there are 2 bedrooms and a separate upstairs bathroom, so no trudging downstairs in the wee small hours, when nature calls. With double glazing, gas central heating and modern kitchen and bathroom it is already for you to move in.
The location is also great as it is only 0.5 a mile to the High Street, with a good range of shops complemented by a busy market on a Saturday and Monday. If you are sporty, Medway Park Leisure Centre is at one end of the High Street, providing a wide range of activities and facilities and if you commute to London, you can benefit from the main line station at the other end of the High Street.
What the Owner says:
When I was looking to buy 11 years ago I looked at numerous houses that left me cold. They all seemed to have small rooms and felt claustrophobic. When I walked into this one I immediately knew it was the one for me.
The open plan living room, offered such a great feeling of space, it did need some improvement, but I saw the potential and over the years have extended the kitchen, decorated and replaced the boiler.
I have loved living here and am now looking to move and I now hope that someone will enjoy living here as much as I have.
