I bought this property about seven years ago and was attracted to it due to the location and the good size garden. I have made some improvements over the years and it is now a good size house ready for a family to make it their home. Due to work commitments I have relocated to America and have no plans to return. Being so far away I feel renting the property out is too much of a commitment and now feel it is time to sell.
