When I viewed this house, although it was a bit of a wreck, I liked the fact that it still had some of the original features and it felt just right. I could also see what I could make from it.
Since moving in the house has been transformed and looks nothing like it did when I first viewed it. Just about everything has been updated or renovated and it now has nice, smooth re-plastered walls which means that if you wish to change the colour scheme all you will need to do is buy a few pots of paint.
We have been very happy living in this area and love the fact that everything is to hand. There are bus stops just along the road which can transport you quickly into the town centre or onto Bluewater shopping centre.
