We moved here 5 years ago from out of the area and we were so pleased with the location. It offered us everything we could need. All the benefits of a peaceful location yet within easy reach of Dorking town centre too. Since living here we have redecorated most of the rooms and replaced the bathroom. We also had new carpets fitted and the porch added.
It is purely circumstance that has enabled us to buy somewhere more rural and in doing so, sell this home with no onward chain. We have loved it here and a part of us will definitely miss it here - especially the lovely neighbourhood.
