I moved here from Selsey about nine years ago and was delighted to find a Victorian property within a village location with a very large and incredibly useful workshop and yard to the rear. The property is quite unique, having been converted from a large end of terrace house in the mid 1980's to form two homes. Mine is arguably the more attractive with a period facade incorporating a lovely box bay window on both floors. With high ceilings, the house feels larger than it really is and being compact is very easy - and economical - to heat.
