I bought this property just over 11 years ago off plan, when the development was being built and i must say it has been one of the nicest homes I have lived in. It's warm, it has been easy to manage and very low maintenance. I have decorated to my taste through out, had all the bedroom furniture fitted in the bedrooms plus landscaped and re-fenced the garden. My neighbours are lovely and everyone around me is so friendly, I will be very sad to leave but my family are moving to the mainland and I want to make the move with them, but I really hope the new owners will love this house as much as I have.
