I instantly fell in love with the garden and have spent many hours enjoying this wonderful outdoors space and the visiting wildlife. The bathroom was another major bonus. So many other houses had a downstairs bathroom, and those upstairs seemed to be shoehorned in. If you enjoy the luxury of a long soak you will love it here. I also like the potential to extend into the cellar rooms although they have remained as brilliant storage for me.I have enjoyed living on a surprisingly quiet road considering the close proximity of all the shops on Silverdale Road. The ease with which I can get to London with such a short walk to the station, and the convenience of Tunbridge Wells itself.
