This may sound a little subjective but I really like the look of the sandy, yellow bricks which were used to build these homes. It gives the appearance of something a little different and looks more unusual than the red brick more frequently used. I didn’t actually think that this was a pretty house when I first saw it but it has certainly has grown on me. Nothing needed doing as it had been redecorated and re-carpeted but since owning it we have put in a new kitchen and bathroom as well as updating the double glazing.

It’s a solid house and completely different to some of the more modern properties around and it ‘s great having the off road parking at the front. We’ve rented it out over the last few years and never struggled to get a decent tenant who have all looked after the property
