When I first saw this property in 2014 it wasn’t really what I was looking for but as soon as I walked in I fell in love with it. I was sold before I even walked up the stairs. I liked the way the light streamed in through the windows and the feeling the whole house has. We haven’t had to change much but we did put the oak flooring down in the lounge and the garden wasn’t really usable and felt a lot smaller than it does now. We love to entertain and often eat outside so transforming it into what it is now has made a huge difference.

The community of Hamstreet is amazing and the people here have always made us feel welcome from day one and there’s always things going on.
