We chose to buy this house because out of every property we had viewed this one had the right atmosphere. It was always out intention to let out the house and have done so since owning it.

Its location makes it very convenient, the convenience store just a few steps away means you can roll out of bed and have a pint of milk and the daily newspaper in minutes.

Transport links couldn't be better, with the M20 motorway close by but not close enough you can hear it. The station provides fast links to London and the bus service is not only reliable but frequent and far reaching.
